Access denied

Hello. so i am trying to access my login server accounts to change password ect. I am getting this message when i try to access most links for my account as well as when i try to post on forums so i had to make this second account to post here.

after posting on the p1999 forums the folks seem to think that i never clicked the validation email for this account. i made the account nearly 3 years ago now and i no longer have that validation Email. Anyway i can get this restriction lifted or a new Email sent for my account?

Click on change password/email. Change your email to a different email even create one if you have too. This will send a new email to you with activiation. Once activated and new email is registered you should gain access
