Black screen after server select.

Really new to this I have been going backwards in this forum looking the same problem im having. I can log in, but once that is selected im not getting any background pics while its loading and when it brings up char select. Everything is black but the names. If I enter the server all I can see is names and nothing else. Any ideals what I did wrong. I did update EQ but only with those files before the patch that screwed everything up. Thanks to anyone who can help me out.

I Had this problem once, solved by reinstalling Everquest. Don't break to much your head, that will be the faster solution!
