Collecting Chat Packets

Trying to collect packets that contain all the chat going on in the zone and tells in the eqemu ... im not familiar with the source so I dont know what port to look on and I dont know if the emu encodes the messages.

Is all chat in the EMU encoded with a crypt algorithm?

Any help would be amazing
