Can't reset passwords

Tried to logging in. RL kept me busy for about 6 months and I've forgotten the passwords for my accounts.
Tried resetting my password on both accounts, it asks for SMS.
Input my phone number, says it is blacklisted.
Am I just SOL and needing to find a new game?
