Default Possible to patch eq client back to 5.6 ?

Greetings, I'm sorry if this has been posted somewhere else before, but I looked in as many places as possible for a solution with no luck. My problem is .. well I created a server with no problems(Great Guides btw) it is listed and everything. My only problem now is that my client I believe is patched to 5.7 but my server is listed as 5.6. Is there any way possible to unpatch my client back to 5.6 in order to be able to login/test my server ? or Do I have to basically wait till I can compile the server in 5.7?

Thanks for your time,
Lex
