Writing up quests without storyline?

Hello, I've been floundering around Alla and projecteq.net and finding which quests are working and which aren't. Paw of Opalla and Library Book (for the Testament of Vanear) are not in the db. I would like to write them up, but the problem is that there is no 'flavor' text for the npc to tell you about the item, whether it be the history or where to find it. Curious to know how I would go about doing that, so I can contribute to this project. Alla doesn't have much for either of the quests.

I usually try to google and see if I can find a walkthrough on class specific sites. If all else fails, ask someone with a live account to run it for you.

Also, check in the pl before you work on the quest. Often, you'll be pleased to find a lot of the text is already there.
