Default Question about OZ

Yes i searched on this topic, but did not really find any conclusive information.

Is there any way you can upload .WLD files into OZ to export into .s3d? I have another 3d editor that saves to .WLD files for use in a different game And it would make it much easier on myself to upload architecture built on the other editor directly to open zone for exporting because IMO the other editor has a better UI and more features than OZ itself. Not saying you didnt do a good job Windcatcher, because you have created an excellent program, just I'm not used to it.

I don't believe so because if you release a modified version of a Sony File, or make your own file with Sony Content its illegal so Windcatcher intentionally didnt put it in.

And there was a conclusive post on this somewhere... =))

C++ is wonderful.

Like it was said top, OZ will never allow to import WLD for legal behaviors.

Its not because file have the same extension that they are totally compatible, WLD format used in EQ is totally different from other WLD format, so even if OZ allowed WLD importation, you wont be able to load your WLD into OZ.

Best thing molimo, is to save as 3DS or convert any 3D format to 3DS (There are a tons of software that do this job), and then import it in OZ.
