How I got the sleeper laying down... I had to spawn sleeper, charm him, then /pet sit down, you can also kill him thats a different graphic.

on new servers, could you wake sleeper? cause on most servers i cant wake him

Waking the sleeper isn't some thing that is hard coded. It is some thing you will have to do your self, using quests I imagine.

uhh... there is a command #spawn. so zone into sleeper's tomb then type #spawn ... (race 198 I think).
