Default New Packet Collector

Hello folks,

Doodman and I finally got around to finishing the live compatible packet collector. We started from scratch on this one, therefore it does nto have as many random features as the old one did. The inrerface is the same, with a lot less options.

Get it here:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/p...3.zip?download

The new collector places its logs in a folder named 'logs' in the same directory as the exe, so make sure it exists. It automatically creates a new file each time you zone, so theres no need to start and stop it.. just leave it running. It also creates a text file listing the zone you were in for each of the files it creates. This allows you to rename the files to contain that zone name, please do this.

Once you have your logs all renamed, zip them up and stick them in the log submissions area on peq's web site.

Lots of info about how to collect, what to collect, and where to put the logs can be found in this thread:

all you need is a regular peq form account to upload or download logs.

Yeah, it's not linking right for those of who are l4me and still use IE /raise Some of the logon links are relative not absolute so it's trying to get me to a login.php under logs.

I doubt I'll have time tonight but this weekend I'll check into the links if somebody else doesn't first.
