Default Old folder+patching question ;o

Okay, so I understand you cannot be a recent member to play eqemu ATM because of outofdate patch issues, but I recently saw in my program files a sony folder which has the eq trilogy folder with lots of files in it. This is probably a long shot, but if i installed all of eq and the expansions, would this at all let me play?

Or are the files in that folder after a uninstall generally useless? =p

if the files were from the correct time it will allow you to play.

Asking about backpatches here (eqemulator.net) will probably get you banned.
