Default #bot Levitate, Indoor Zones, and DMF

Can we please get Necro's to cast Dead Man Floating if we ask for Bot Levitate with a necromancer targeted? This is particularly annoying in zones like Veeshan's Peak, which requires Levitate to get to Xygoz. If the levitate fades or dispels, you have to gate and re-enter.

That would be easy to add, but is VP a 'no fly' zone? and if it isn't now, was it supposed to be or was it no levitate on live too?
I think levitate rules apply to the Necros levitate too (dead man floating).

2 types of no fly zones.

Type 1 dispel on entering and can't cast within, Like Vex Thal.
Type 2 don't dispel on entering. Pretty sure Dead Man Floating was castable within those zones.

There was a time when you could zone in any zone on levitate, just not recast it. So just to be sure, you don't have this confused?

Pretty sure I'm not, mostly by the fact that it still works that way; if you zone into Vex Thal with Levitate, you get "You cannot levitate in this zone" in red. If you zone into an indoor zone, your levitate stays and no problem. Pretty sure in "indoor" class zones, DMF can be cast.

Why not just put DMF on the list and see if they can cast it? Or would they bypass the zone rules by nature?
