missing peq.zone table

new install, just clicked the installer bat then the t_login... bat and am getting the below error. Not sure how to create the table it is asking.

0-04-2020 :: 14:24:54] [MySQL Error] [1146] [Table 'peq.zone' doesn't exist]…<cropped>...
