Default VZ/TZ 25x (Play Around (By Shin Noir)

This was a temporary server I put up for players to have pvp fun after VZTZ went down and no other good PVP servers were ready yet. Unfortunately, the demand was too high and had to take down my server, my ISP was complaining about my upload rates (the guys were sucking 100-200KB/sec constantly for roughly 3-4 days)... and my computer was constantly at 100% CPU usage (making ghosting and a ton of other oddities pop up on top of the buggy source).

Only way it's going to go up again if I get enough willing donators. I'd rather just get a rough estimate on how much I can potentially collect before having to handle money.

Feel free to discuss.

Ok, so Rogean offered a temporary relief box! WOOHOO.

However, it's not up just yet. I guess it may be 1-5 days for it to get set up. He said that I'm free to demo my server on it for free for a day or two, but then once money is needed he is asking for about 75-100 bucks depending on my bandwidth usage.

That sounds pretty good considering it's a quad xeon 2.23, 8 gigs of ram on a 100mbit line at a data center.

So that's my donation target, is around 75-100 bucks. And the machine has actually 8 cores, it's possible if we use too much CPU he'll up the number of cores on it.
