Default Hotbar Reset
I recently downloaded underfoot client.
I currently play on Lord Nagafen, and every time I zone, my hotbar sets to default as if I started a new character.

I'm wondering if there is a fix for this ?

Best guess is that you installed EQ in the Program Files Directory. Windows puts some annoying usage rights which is probably keeping you from saving your edited profile. Best thing to do would be to reinstall as C:\Everquest.

You do not need to reinstall, just move the folder.
