Default Mssql Database hosting
If you can figer it out you can use www.freesql.org for you Sql DB
It would be a nice way for me to run are servers DB if we could use it but maybe one of you guys no how.

wouldnt work, the server would be so laggy everything would be timed out.

it would probably take around 3-5 minutes in some cases just for your zones to each individually load, much less connect to world.exe (I tried it for shits and giggles.. it was a worthless attempt.. and that was by myself.. imagine even 5 players.. sheesh.)
