Default Pixel issues on screen?

Hello, I just installed and ran the eq titanium game and everything works fine but there are like mis colored pixels all over my screen, I've updated my video card drivers and reinstalled the EQ game 2 times already. Still nothing, Any idea's? here is my specs

Windows XP
Dell XPS 400
2.8ghz intel processor (non overclocked)
2gb PC 4200 ddr ram
Geforce 7800gtx 512mb (non overclocked)
160gb harddrive

P.S. It does not matter if I'm in windowed mode or full screen, ive changed resolutions and nothings helping.

hate to resurrect this old post, but im on WIndows 7 and I got this same problem...it plays well. Just glitchy and pixely around the characters, some far off mobs..around weapons. Around my characters legs at the log in...and sometimes out in the sky. EQLive works flawless so I'm clueless. Anyone had this problem and found a fix?
