#zone not working

Hello, I seem to have a problem with my server, this is a fresh install of EQEmu-0.7.0-1085 following Techguy's guide. The server is running Windows 2k3 Server, I have multiple dynamic zones open and whenever I try to zone using #zone poknowledge for example I get this in the zone window

[Command] Fadurs (iggi10389) used command: #zone poknowledge (target=Fadurs)
[Debug] Player Fadurs has requested a zoning to LOC x=682.739990, y=3139.010010,
 z=-60.160000, heading=0.000000 in zoneid=202

Then nothing happens I am in the same zone still and I can do this with any zone yet I get the same thing. Help would be much appreciated.
