im usin eqadmin just messing around getting a feel for the prog. i tried adding some custom items, but when i reload the server programs and try to summon the item ingame, i get a 'bogus item, deleting it' message. am i doing something wrong or is there a software limitation that isnt allowing custom items?

the admin tool that's currently available is slightly broken and needs updating. not sure if anything related to items was changed, so i couldn't say if that's what's wrong :(

If you add a new number for an item, I find that it don't work very well, sometimes it says no such item. What I do is overwrite cloth armor with weapons, and banded armor or something with my custom armor. After you make the item, be sure to quit all the way out of your server to server selection, then start it back up. It should work then

dont make items with numbers below 1000 or higher than 35000 or so.
