Default Error: Couldn't Open Database Config File './db.ini

So I got everything done up until The last step on all of the Guides here (which, by the way, are totally idiot proof, until it met me). Everything is set up, SQL databases, all files copied and I checked to make sure that I do have the db.ini in the same folder as the World.exe. I also checked to make sure that the db.ini is configured correctly and it matches 100% with what it should be. I've searched over the forums for the day and have not found any similiar errors that might help me. So when I open the World.exe, it just returns that error to me right off the bat, no log, no anything, just "Couldn't open database config file 'db.ini' ". I've replaced it, verified it, everything I could think of. The file is in the same folder as the world and even when I dragged the db.ini onto (just for giggles) onto the World.exe, it still couldn't find it. Everything is default in this setup, no custom anything, just followed the guides here. What would be my next step? Thanks for your help ahead of time!

By the way, the log file says it can't load the opcodes.

Okay, try deleting the binaries and putting new ones in the folder. I think I had this problem at some point as well, but I can't remember what I did to solve it.

As for opcodes, they should be in a file called opcodes.conf which should be available in the CVS. If that file is already in the folder, it's possible that something (some file flag or something with the binary) is wrong.
