Default Missing NPCs

Hi Folks...
I've recently setup a server and I am in process of familiarizing myself with the whole thing.. something I have noticed has me curious tho.
I find missing NPCs in various zones. Mostly named. One in particular that I can point out due to the fact I have been looking for him in my familiarization quest is Eric Von Schnelling, the Epic 2.5 NPC in Dreadspire Keep. Using the command #findnpctype doesn't bring him up, searching Akka's online database doesn't show him in the DB. There have been other NPCs that I can't find as well, although I can't remember who they are at the moment.
Any enlightenment here?
Thanks
R

EQEMU is the "code" that you run to host a server, and is the forum you're chatting on.
PEQ is "Project Everquest" and is likely the database you are using, storing items, npcs, spawn data, etc.

PEQ has a forum related to database inaccuracies: http://www.peqtgc.com/phpBB3/

It is very likely he has not been coded on PEQ yet, and therefore your copy does not have him.
