Default Question regard spell group numbers

I was wondering if anyone has a list spell group IDs and what they do. I am currently just copying the ID from a similar spell, but that approach can only go so far when creating custom spells.

Spell_Editor works just fine for getting the IDs number.
Each Number referance to a spell each spell has an ID
here is a great website http://www.georgestools.eqemulator.net/
I downloaded Spell Editor back in Jan 26, 2008.
Poke around here never known what your going to find.

I think you're under the impression that I was looking for the spell id of a specific spell, which isn't what I am after. Using a spell editor or just doing a database search is fine for that. My question was regarding the spell_category database field (or spell group number in Null's spell editor) and what the different values there meant. I'm afraid that blindly copying the value of a similar spell is going to backfire some day, and it is hard to make unique spells when you don't know what all the fields do.

Don't those group numbers correspond to how the spells are grouped by the client? As in when you use the spell gem context menu to navigate through your spells instead of your book?

The description ID 2 & 3 seem to control how they are grouped in the right-click menu, at least that's what I have changed when I want them to organize differently. Not sure what the group number is. It doesn't appear to be used at all on the server so it must just be a client thing.
