Loginserver ServerManager fatal error opening port on 5998: bind(): <0

I compiled the login server on ubuntu 64bit with no problem but when i run it I get the following:

Anyone have a clue on what could be cause the error. I'm running this with elevated permissions.

FIXED:
Stupid oversight, there was an orphan loginserver process running. Killed it and the error went away.
