Default Shaman low level spells

I recently created a shaman, and I noticed a few of the low level spells say required level of like 3 and 4 and whatnot, but when I was those levels it wouldn't let me memorize them. It kept telling me I had to be level 5 when it was saying 3,4, on the spell description. Then it wouldn't allow me to use my inventory or allow me to drop the spell back into the bag, after i tried to mem them. I had to relog every time I tried to mem a spell. I hope this doesnt happen a lot, cuz it was very hard to lvl without being able to upgrade my spells.

Thank you.

You need to report that issue to the server you play on, not on these forums. Sounds like a server specific issue, not an EQEmu source problem.

Default oh ok.

Its the Project1999 server.
Im new to the forums, sorry. I figured someone would know and I saw that this was a spell forum, so I assumed.

If anyone has a link or can redirect me to the right place it would be nice.
