eq2 maybe somewhere.

as far as eq1 goes, you must purchase the software to play.. anything else is not supported and asking for any info to get arround that is banable

It's not possible to emulate EQ2 yet. Heck, even EQ1 emulation is still not perfect. It's going to be at least a year until you hear anything at all for EQ2.

EQ2 emulation is in progress. They have a working (as far as I know) packet collector and they are collecting logs. I think it is some of the people at hackersquest, namely Zordon.

Default I diagree

I have a WoW server up and running great. v1.3.1 and it is almost completely populated with tons of quests. And the tools for populating / making monsters / and quests are point and click.

We have been enjoying a Personal WOW server that anyone can log into (No minilogin needed and we can have a bunch of internet connections from our friends instead of having to go threw a forced internet login system unlike some emus out there :P Not a hit, just a fact )

You should check out some of these links.

Don't think it ever will be 100% perfect to be honest =/ since live keeps updating stuff and addint stuff that always needs to be fixed on emu, and of course they add stuff that gives emu a living hell like the last patch.

That is one of the reasons I say the Human race are a bunch of Idiots. I mean Sony knows there are emulators around and they still give out their game for free!?!? Wow...

Heh but then again, most people wont pay to own such an old game expansion by expansion which they must immidietly pay more to play as soon as it is installed. If SoE really were smart they would make it so that you have to log on to patch and distribute the installers for free.

That would piss me off if MMORPG's did that. I used to play WoW and Logging in to patch would just be a huge waste of my life if they did that.
