EQLogin

I have set up a server, and followed the guides I have found. I have all of the ports on my router forwarded, and I am able to connect to my server through the ls of eqemulator while I am connected to my LAN, however no one else is able to connect to my server, if they are not a part of my LAN. I am not in front of my machine right now, but I do get a 10064 error I believe that's the number... any suggestions?
