Default Dual (lan-public) login issue

This is not a major issue for me, just thought I would fish around about it in case I am missing something.
First of all, I have a compiled test server from May 2nd source and this issue does not exist. (I compile my own).

Now I am using updated source (July 2nd) and as soon as I run those binaries I get this problem -
Whenever I run a dual login, for both the emu public login and one for my lan, I cannot successfully login to
world from character screen. I am getting a zone server connect error from the client log. If I login through
the emu public login server, it's not an issue. (Like right now, dual login is running)
If I run a single lan login, the problem does not exist, it's only on the dual.

I've been using dual login for testing for a long time now and never had this issue, as I mentioned with the
May 02 binaries, I don't have this problem, so it's not my config files or port problem.

UPDATE: I pulled binaries from the script (windows_server_download), and when I tried those out, world
would not even connect to the lan login server. It did connect to public though. But more importantly,
I need food now, lol
