Default Backup Utils for NPC updates

Good day,

As many posts start, just got my server up and running again. Being the stubborn Paladin of old, back when Iustus proved that half-elf paladins leveled WAY slower than everyone else, I had to fix stuff.

I used the latest weekly dump at the database.
I then forced myself to use only SQL command lines and updated numerous Armor of Ro Quests NPC

one of many: changed the spawn location of the plague shark, made it static, gave it a PH and updated the loot frequeny and spawn parameters..

ok so now that I know the SQL, I have George's NPC editor working.. I'm hesitant to use the tools because it's making numerous SQL updates behind the scenes..

So what's a good method to capture all these NPC edits, and merge them back in after a new DB installation?
