Default Possible fix for Monster Summoning?

I was messing around with this today and i noticed that race 20 (known as "Doppleganger") functions when inside Grieg's End in the same manor as Monster Summoning does. It boots up any model able to be loaded inside the zone (specific or global models only) and completely ignores the gender option... in fact gender changes it's race when changed not it's gender.

I began wondering if race 20 was made into a Global Model and the MonsterSum line of pets was changed to race 20 if this would fix the Monster Summoning line? The only problem is it might break the Venril Sathir model as outside of Grieg's End race 20 becomes Venril Sathir.
