Default Bug: Secodary items

I just went to swap a weapon on my cleric bot, the new weapon was marked primary/secondary. She had a shield in secondary and a dark ember in primary. When I gave her the Ruined Morning Star to replace the dark ember, it actually replaced her iksar targ shield so now she is duel wielding a dark ember in primary and a Ruined Morning Star in secondary.

I think there needs to be a check to see if the bot can duel wield or not.

There are a long list of weird things with items with multiple slots, too.

For example:

Aged Pusling Star (from Veeshan's Peak) is Neck, Primary, Secondary.

Even if you have a bot with something in their primary and neck slots, and an empty secondary slot, it will always go to Neck and replace the neck item.

There are also weird things about items that are primary/ranged refusing to ranged. I think you need to make it so that items fill the empty slots by default, and then go to their listed order?

Ranged items don't work at all for bots. It's on my mile long list of things to get to. Items are stuck going into the first listed slot until I can rewrite the trading code.
