Some help with spells_us.txt

So I'm playing around with the spells file and had some questions I'm hoping someone has the answers to...

First, what's the difference between the spells_us.txt and the spells_en.txt file? Is one intended for en-GB culture or something?

Second, what's the deal with the BLUE_TRAIL spell?

Next, the file in my (stock) titanium install has 203 fields per row but the database scripts and such seem to rock all the way up to near 210 fields. Is this for SoF support or something? The server code is commented out after row 185 so maybe this was never figured out?

What's interesting is the wiki indicates the Lucy database as the authority but their closest comparison to the Titanium release date of 1/10/2006 is way the hell off.
