Default Login Trouble
Ok i have gotten everything working sorta execpt now when i try to login it says for me to check my internet connections and of course it is wokring so i was just trying to get some help

If you patched at or after 9-14-04 you're SoL because login server isnt compatible with your client.

amke sure your using 5994 that uses the live compatible login server

i did change to 5994 still doesnt work

I patched to live just yesterday and have eqhost reading as the following and it works great for me.

I updated everything with the SOE patcher, then found a way to "back date" the installation here on the forums by using the search facilities. Along with using the above information for the login server, and I can connect to *almost* everything with no issue.

OK I CHANGED THE EQHOST NOW IT IS THE TIMEOUT ERROR whoops i apolgize for the caps i dont look up when i type and to lazy to retype please excuse

I just read in another thread that the login server was down; I personnaly don't know this, just what I read, in this very forum actually.

i love all of you who helped i got it working and havnt stoped to go pee in about 20 hours and im also missing vp debats sooooo fun
