Default Old windows server guide still useful?

I see that the windows server setup link now points directly to a forum thread for akka's server installer instead of the windows server setup guide at http://wiki.eqemulator.org/p?Complet...er_Setup_Guide. So, is that guide now going to go out of date? I have a 32-bit server, but akka's installer seems to be only for 64-bit.

Going through the windows server setup guide, I have found that I am no longer able to use Tortoise SVN to get the quests and maps as directed. I get the following errors:

Unable to connect to a repository at URL
'http://projecteqquests.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/quests'
'/svn/trunk/quests' path not found

Unable to connect to a repository at URL
'http://eqemu-maps.googlecode.com/svn/trunk'
'/svn/trunk' path not found

Compile the server, then run the eqemu_update.pl from within the server root. Then choose to update maps/quests from it.

If you want a direct URL for the maps: https://github.com/Akkadius/EQEmuMaps

Though, it's the same link that is used in the script. I'm unsure of a direct URL to the quests, as it's not often I'm messing around with stock ones.
