Run-Time error 62 w/Npc_loot

Just getting back into the swing of things. Installed GeorgeS trusty tools. I have registered all ocx and installed the ODBC files. All OCX registered without error. Eqitems runs fine. Any ideas?

Error occurs when clicking on "Let's Start" on the splash screen.

Hope you're still around george =)
