So I've just finished installing the Axclassic Repack server for offline local play, following the instructions on this website .

I can now launch the Axclassic launcher properly, but can't find any account creation button. Also the server port always revert to 127.0.0.1:5999 , which is the default server port.

Which IP do I need to put in the EQhost.txt and Settings.ini files for it to work?
And how do I create an account for offline play? I can't find the button anywhere beside the Options and Play button. (Option opens a small window for port modifications.)

Thanks in advanced, hope I'll be able to figure this out asap.

EDIT: I noticed I hadn't installed the AXclassic-PEQ with the provided installer. My bad, will do that first and foremost.
