Missing Fabled NPCs

I was looking through the database and I noticed that there are missing fabled NPCs in several zones. For example, The Fabled Frenzied Ghoul in gukbottom and The Fabled Grachnist the Destroyer in Warsilkswood... There are others.

Does anyone have the data on these mobs so I can start making them spawn?
