Server Not Responding?

Hi All,
I am having a slight problem. Let me give my specs then I'll explain the issue.

1. I am using minilogin and 0.6.3-DR1 of EQEmu.
2. I am using the latest Velious PEQ RC database.
3. I have perl and mysql installed.
4. I have a domain DNS entry properly setup and installed. Ex: draugrs_domain.no-ip.org
5. I have both port 9000 and 5999 (minilogin) properly forwarded in my router.

Ok, now for the problem. I have a server where the EQEmu is running. I am able to log in and enter the zones on my server from my client PC which is separate from my server PC, but on my local network. I get in fine, but my friend who is trying to login from the Internet has some problems. I tried searching these forums but any searches for Not Responding brought up posts that didn't answer my friends issue. Anyhow, my friend can...

1. Login and see my server.
2. He can enter my server and get to the character creation screen.
3. He can create his character.
4. When he goes to enter the world, it attempts to enter but then after 2 or 3 minutes it tells him that the Server is Not Responding and he is booted out to the login screen. He says he gets no other error messages. He tried it a few times. Again, I can log in fine and play from my local PC which is within the same network as my server.

Can anyone help me and my friend?

I'll paste my boot5zones and loginserver.ini files in case they may help determine what the problem is.

You can't connect from internet on a minilogin server.
You need to make a classic server (no minilogin) if you want your friend on it.
