Default can't enter ^bot commands..

I cant seem to enter the "new" ^bot commands. The ^ character does not appear when i do a shift-6, b for example. I tried another computer.

Am i missing something very obvious here? I'm on RoF2 client, on my private default windows server.

After some testing i found out i can't use the ^"' characters in any chatwindow.

This seems to be an old problem, maybe DX9 or DX10 related. Found some Windows 7/Vista solutions, but i'm running on Windows 10 so these dont work.

On my main PC i have a Logitech G19 keyboard with this problem but on my box, a Dell laptop, the same problem exists.

I can however make a socialmacro with the ^bot when i edit my UI_character_server.ini file directly.

You can still use the old "#bot botgroup" commands or whatever I believe.

There is a redirect in the main command system that KK is referring to.

Code:
^command
simply becomes
Code:
#bot command
