Default MOB experience

Somewhat of a newbie question. How is xp for a mob calculated? Forget all the modifiers. Just the base xp. It seems like on my server - light blue mobs give the same xp as full blue.

The general experience amount for killing a mob is level*level*75*35/10. Modifiers are handled in Client::AddEXP.
