Default in game filters defaulting?

I am running an rf2 client and I am having an issue with in game filters resetting to default. I am boxing multiple accounts and this is an issue as i see every ones battle spam on each account which then starts to lag things up. I guess i have a couple questions about this.

1. is it possible to make a file and drop into the client that defaults them to what i have selected every time and for every account i login in on that client?

2. Does anyone know whats causing this and have a fix so i dont have to do anything.

3. if theres no "fix" and i cant make a file to put into the client to default to the settings i want, are there in game commands where i could just make a hotkey to then turn them all off using mq2 ?

thanks for any help or guidance in this issue!
