Vahalla is fixed - quests and guild halls working

GM will be on PST at 9-10 pm tomorrow. Any guilds needing formed will be formed. Any help needed will be addressed. Sorry for start up issues. For some unknown reason I couldnt get server to run correctly on W7 64 bit so I rebuilt my XP beast as a W7 32 bit machine and absolutely no issues. If anyone knows error I would be intriqued but it is no longer a show stopper.
