Vahalla - zone udpate request

I plan on making a custom zone. Suggestions as to what level content, what kind of zone are open.

For example.

I could add fabled to Solb.
I could completely retune an old zone to lvl 70 and add new loot.

Suggestions welcome. If you dont plan on server but have suggestions they are welcome as well but those who play will have suggestions waited for obvious reasons.
