Missing items

During the server issues I lost several items from my inventory. Most I don't care about, BUT my J boots missing is an issue for me. The quest was a pain and now to have them just poof....gone is too much. My friend and I were leveling in Sebelis. We ported back to the POK during the server issue and eventual reset. I logged back in to find my J boots gone. Pleas help!!!
