Its due to a spell file that's outside the range of your client.

I don't understand how the spell file is out of your range when, in my situation at least, I started the server the spell graphics were there, and now, after creating and deleting all custom spells, I do not have any spell graphics... still.

This is due to your spell file having more than 40,000 entries.
