Post World.exe wont connect to MySQL Server O:

Hello Again Apparently Axclassic didnt work out it was too buggy, so on my server pc i did a fresh install of windows 7 ultimate fully updated it took the firewall down and forwarded the ports needed for a EverQuest Server and i followed the Setup guide posted on the eqemulator website here, http://wiki.eqemulator.org/p?Complet...Guide&frm=Main , also the database im currently useing is from PEQ the daily releases he puts up on his forums , i installed all the needed software to compile the build and i have all of the quests and maps i even put the plugins where there supposed to go so im completely confused as to why world.exe wont connect to mysql when on the same pc i have the full version of navicat and it has no issues connecting to the db with the same info i put in my eqemu_config file any help concerning this issue will be greatly appreciated this is my Eqemu config - the personal info
Code:

[Debug] WORLD - You should add key>XXXX</key element in your world.exe config to prevent unathorized zone access but the world is up ty so much

Which client are you using- Titanium/RoF/Underfoot? And to be more specific, it should have a build date in the file here:-
C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest\Logs\dbg.txt
What is that?

(Obviously C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest\ may be different for you, depending on where you installed your client).
