It sounds like your eqemu_config file needs a little sorting out.... could you post it for me so I can take a look at it? It'd help me a little bit, rather than trying to pull answers out of the Aether.

Might want to change the password on your DB now... just in case.

I've never dabbled with Minilogin so I can't help you there.
I do notice that it seems that you're using an old config file.

Finalize Connection Settings (eqemu_config.xml, eqemulogin.ini)
• First of all, let’s edit the eqemu_config.xml.full file in your server directory. Make sure you use the eqemu_config.xml.full one and not the eqemu_config.xml. The .full version has the whole configuration and what we need to edit inside. You can just delete the eqemu_config.xml and then delete the .full extension at the end of the file.

Plus, in the LoginServer.ini file, (Not sure if it's used anymore) there's a setting defaulting to 'Public'. I believe this needs to be changed to MiniLogin.

Also, in the database, itself, there is a setting on the Variables table that needs to be changed from 'Public' to 'Minilogin'.

Hope this helps.

I guess the first question I should ask is if you intend to use the public login-server or whether you wish to host everything on your machine.

I've been successful in setting up a server to use the public login, however I'm still having issues with running it as a self-sufficient system so I might not be able to help you as much as I'd hoped.

Use this guide. Ignore the compile part of it if you're using rev1708
