Mysterious Accounts on Test Server

Well, this is interesting...
I saw this awhile ago, but didn't bother posting.

Anyway, here's a little background:
PEQ database installation
This is one of my test servers.

I looked at the character_ table and found a bunch of level 65 characters, many of which were in tutorialb.

My question is how did this happen?
I noticed this early on and it is very unlikely that they could have leveled that quickly--not to mention how they were able to get back into tutorialb.

A number of # commands work by default with a clean PEQ DB install. Check your commands table and the account status # for those accounts.
