Client crash

Hiyall,

I am experiencing an issue

When i zoned into Gfaydark, my character got stuck. i am not able to get in game (even others clients can't get in). I have to move the character from database.
And each time i try to get in i get this as error message :

it's only happening in gfaydark zone.

- I am running eqemu on windows server 2016
- I updated maps / bin and reinstalled all

Any help would be appreciate
