Titanium install error

I've tried to install from the discs several times but get the following error on disc 5 each time. Is this a bad disk or another problem? Can someone help deduce what's wrong?

Error Message
Component: Titanium
File Group: EQ Files
File d: \data6.cab
Error: Data error (cyclic redundancy check)
