Problem with Diablo loot and npc edit

i tried using the diablo loot to add loot to the mobs missing loot for some reason it doesnt add any loot to any mobs that doesnt have loot already any on have any idea? Also the Npc edit says the image.ocx didnt register all the other tools run perfectly but that one it loads up starts then says the image isnt registered or is missing..
