Default Emu and Live on same comp.

So I've talked to numerous people.
They've known other people to run into this problem and fix it, but they don't know how to themselves.

Problem:
I have an install of Titanium for EMU.
I have an install of Anniversary for Live.

Program files>Sony>Everquest=Live.
Program files>Sony>EverquestT=Emu.

I do everything.
Change host, and create shortcut with patchme. (all from EverquestT)
And i can play Emu etc.
but when I go back to play live.
All my files from Everquest folder are missing and into the EverquestT folder.
thus making me patch to live (for every expansion above titanium.) and no longer allowing me to play Emu without re-installing titanium.

Anyway to fix this? So I can switch between Live and Emu as I please.

Just need to make sure you have 2 different shortcuts and that they both point to the appropriate file. The Live one should point to everquest.exe in your Everquest folder and the EQEmu one should point to the eqgame.exe patchme in your EverquestT folder.

I usually just use the Everquest Icon from the start menu (for live), and when I checked its target/start in, it was automatically EverquestT
So make a shortcut for the EverquestT (already made since required to play emu)
But then also make a second shortcut for Everquest(live)?
and it will/should work?
